These are pete port needle and pressure gauge test / fill tools from Schmidty Racing Suspensons and are used to check pressure and or refill / charge the fluid on geothermal loops and ground source heat pump systems. On either size, the port needles are 1-3/8" long from the face of the brass coupler. Each tool has a removable, threaded, aluminum sleeve to protect and keep the needle from damage when the tool is not being used.

We offer tools in three (3) configurations of either a 1/16" or 1/8" size port needle. We also offer individual 1/16" and 1/8" replacement pete port needles. All tools (except individual needles) come with a glycerin filled gauge with 2" face and polished stainless gauge body.

Tool has a female swivel hose fitting with rubber gasket for connecting to a garden hose to add pressure to Geothermal loops and ground source heat pump systems with a water source such as a hose bib. Has a polished stainless steel shut off valve for precise metering. 0-160 PSI gauge available.

Model PPNTWGSOHHF:


Test tool for checking pressure and or recharging / filling the fluid on geothermal loops and ground source heat pump systems. Tool has a female swivel hose fitting with rubber gasket for connecting to a garden hose to add pressure to Geothermal loops and ground source heat pump systems with a water source such as a hose bib. This variation also has a 12" flexible hose between the pressure gauge and the port needle, making the the tool easier to use and it prevents excessive strain on the needle while in the port. 0-100 PSI gauge available.
