Designed for Fox and Walker Evans UTV shocks that use the factory rubber needle-fill system, these billet aluminum reservoir caps replace the unreliable OEM design with a durable, service-friendly recessed Schrader valve. Also called reservoir caps, shock caps or bladder caps, these billet end caps replace the OEM cap that seals the nitrogen reservoir.

The factory needle-fill caps are well known for developing nitrogen leaks over time, making shock servicing difficult and causing inconsistent performance. Our high-volume end caps eliminate these issues by allowing shocks to be filled and serviced using a standard no-loss Schrader chuck while providing a secure, leak-resistant seal.

Machined from premium 6061 billet aluminum, each cap is black anodized, laser engraved, and engineered with increased internal volume to maximize reservoir capacity. The latest design also incorporates external cooling fins to help dissipate heat during aggressive trail riding, racing, rock crawling, and high-speed desert use. A threaded aluminum valve cap with an integrated O-ring further protects the recessed Schrader valve from impact and contamination.

Fits FOX and Walker Evans UTV shocks

Our high volume end caps replace the factory needle-fill caps on FOX shocks found on Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat and John Deere UTVs, plus Walker Evans shocks on Polaris RZR models.

Which end cap do I need?

• FOX Gen 1 (2.0"): straight reservoir bore, with a removable Allen-head screw with a pin hole in the center of the cap.
• FOX Gen 2 (2.0" or 2.5"): stepped reservoir bore and a finned lip on the cap. Newer Gen 2 caps also use a Torx screw.
• Walker Evans (2.0" or 2.5"): measure the outside diameter of your reservoir: 1.99" for the 2.0 cap or 2.480" for the 2.5 cap. Sold in pairs.
