Schmidty Racing Suspensions does a complete rebuild of your shock. We disassemble, clean and lube all necessary parts. Includes new dust seal, oil seal, seal head o-ring, fresh Lucas Synthetic Shock Oil, and nitrogen re-charge.

All Shocks Received in that are Excessively Dirty will Receive a Cleaning Fee Based on Time needed to Clean Shocks at $80/hr.

All Fox Shocks with Plastic IFP's will be replaced when doing a rebuild but is included in any PSM Shock Tuning Package ($37.50/per shock for 2.0" Reservoirs and $39.50/per shock for 2.5" Reservoirs). This ensures the shocks can be fully bled when assembled on our Shock Vacuum fill system.

UTV SHOCKS: FULL REBUILD: We Recommend Shocks Be Minimum Rebuilt in Pairs. We recommend this so that the vehicle is performing equally on both sides front or back.

Full rebuild includes replacing all typical service O-Rings and Seals at common failure points. Shock components are cleaned through a hot water washer tank, bled with vacuum bleeder system, & then shocks are filled with Lucas Synthetic Shock Oil & recharged. For shocks without schrader valves, we require shocks to be upgraded to our High Volume Reservoir End Caps ™. With this upgrade you will receive a 60 day shock service warranty for any failures that occur. Post 60 days is on an as approved basis and must be approved with SRS before any warranty is validated.

FORD Raptor/Bronco Rebuild Package:

  • Includes upgraded Schrader Valves, Piston and IFP wearbands replaced, and OEM Spec High Temp Parker Seals and Viton O-Rings.
  • Lucas Synthetic 7.5wt oil
  • Optional Upgrades of springs from Eibach or Geiser Offroad

Mail In/Drop Off Raptor/Bronco Shocks:

  • Gen 1, 2, & 3: Per/(Full Set) $1100

In-Shop Full Vehicle Raptor/Bronco Models:

  • Cost: $250 per shock
  • Labor: Additional $350 per vehicle for shock removal & reinstallation
  • Total: $1,350 for all four shocks total, labor included 
  • Electronic Ride Height Recalibration on Gen 3 models Included
