Shipping policy

In stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business from the time an order is placed. Excections for standard shipping times include sales, holidays where shipping times may be longer. Orders with items that are not in stock will ship as soon as item is back in  stock. 

Orders with expedited shipping services: Orders received by 11:30 AM local Arizona time will be shipped same business day. Orders received after 11:30 AM local Arizona time will be shipped next business day.  Standard shipping: 2 day one rate services are NOT considered expedited shipping. 

Any items that are shipped and have tracking information but not received by customer, SRS must be notified by phone immediately upon customers' knowledge of non receipt.  

An item is missing from my shipment.

Customer must notify us by phone within 7 business days of delivery if any item is missing from shipment. If item is missing from shipment and customer notifies us within 7 business days item will be replaced and Schmidty Racing will cover cost to ship missed item. After this window closes, missing item will not be replaced. It will then be the responsibility of customer to pay for replacement of item and shipping cost.

If a customer receives their order and believes that they have not received their order as complete, or receives an incorrect item,  they must call in to the office and speak with the customer service department. In addition to speaking with our customer service department, customer also is required to send  an email to sales@schmidtyracing.com. 

Emails need to contain: customer name, order #, phone number, and reason for email.
