This is a shock rebuild seal kit from Schmidty Racing Suspensions for Fox Shock on the Polaris Xpedition for both the front and rear shocks. This kit will also fit the Pro XP Fox Premium/Sport model with the Fox QS3 shocks. These kits will cover the 2.0" x 5/8" Shaft Spiral Body Fox shocks and the 2.5" x 7/8" Shaft Spiral Body Fox shocks.

Our seal kits contain high pressure / temperature resistant oil seals and Viton piston & IFP o-rings, giving better performance and increasing time between servicing.

When doing your rebuild, we strongly recommend the use of a seal bullet while putting the seal head back on the shaft, which are available in the tool section. We also suggest installing our high volume nitrogen replacement reservoir endcaps, to eliminate the leak prone rubber pellet system used on the OEM ones; when recharging the shocks. Our replacement caps have a schrader valve already installed in them, and the schrader is recessed into the cap protecting it from trail damage and come topped with an o-ring sealed cap. They also increase the capacity of the reservoir, so it stays charged at or near your desired pressure for a longer period, giving you a longer service interval.
