Good protection for your solenoids when shipping

14 hours one way to hand deliver my pro r shocks. I have 3 mts dealers in my state and 2 within 1 hour of me. Issues with my first and only set of mts shocks,I decided to try schmidty as I found no bad reviews. arrived at 8am picked them up by 4pm,drove 14 hours home. I could have went local but the lack of support and tech help with my first mts builder, slow responses from mts on my quest for help and then having to pay out of pocket to rectify the issue again, i was done. I called schmidty 2-3 times, same questions, same answers and I just needed reassurance as these are very costly decisions. They always took my calls, and said here's our numbers, if you need help call us, we will answer or call you back, and I feel they surely will, no doubt in my mind. When you drop this much money for a full build with all the goodies you get one shot to keep a customer, MTS failed to do that, leaving my email unanswered. Go for quality of service, not qty like some of these builders are doing.
