Run hard in the desert long enough and your shocks get hot. Hot shock oil thins out, damping drops off, and the car starts wallowing and bottoming right when you need control most. The FOX ECS2 (External Cooling System 2) Cooler fixes that by pulling heat out of the shock oil so your damping stays consistent from the first mile to the last.

Developed through the FOX R.A.D. program and proven in UTV racing, the ECS2 Cooler is a race-level upgrade for any FOX-equipped sport UTV. Schmidty Racing Suspensions is an approved FOX ECS2 installer.

How the FOX ECS2 Cooler Works

A check valve creates one-way oil flow. As the shock compresses, oil is pushed through the ECS2 Cooler and into the reservoir. On rebound, the cooled oil flows back into the shock body. No pumps, no fans, nothing extra to fail. The shock's own movement does the work, so the harder you ride, the more oil gets cooled.
