Genuine FOX replacement bumper designed for use with compatible FOX shocks. This bumper is designed to provide a controlled stopping point as the shock approaches full compression, helping protect the shock from harsh bottom-out conditions and excessive compression forces.
The 008-03-012 bumper is designed for shocks using a 0.498" diameter shaft and features an elliptical shape with a black MCU (microcellular urethane) construction. The bumper is 1.050" tall and is manufactured as a BASF material component.
This is an excellent replacement component when rebuilding or servicing a FOX shock and the original compression bumper is worn, damaged, or needs to be replaced.
