Walker Evans Polaris RZR 2.5" Non-Velocity Shock Rebuild Seal Kits

These are shock rebuild seal kits from Schmidty Racing Suspensions for rebuilding OEM, Walker Evans 2.5" shocks on Polaris RZR models (up to current). This kit will rebuild one (1) individual Walker Evans 2.5" piggyback or remote reservoir shock but we highly recommend rebuilding both sides of a UTV at the same time. Choose between 3/4" or 7/8" shaft size; see option descriptions below.
- *** This kit also includes a Viton, high temp/pressure schrader-valve core which replaces the low pressure cores that came in these shocks from the factory; because we have seen the OEM cores fail on a regular basis.
- Our seal kits also Feature High Temp Viton "shaft" & "IFP piston" ,o-rings. These resist wear and thermal breakdown for superior performance under the most severe riding conditions for longer service intervals!
Option:
- 3/4": Found on most Polaris RZR XP900-4 & XP1000-2 seat models, although 7/8" shaft upgrades were also available for those models, so please measure your shafts with a caliper before placing your order.
- 7/8": Found standard on (non-turbo) Polaris RZR 1000-4 seat model rear shocks. Please measure your shafts with a caliper to confirm shaft size before placing your order.
Note: Depending on the kit and the configuration of shock you have, not all of the o-rings in the kit may need to be used.
