This is a shock rebuild seal kit from Schmidty Racing Suspensions for rebuilding the Fox 3.0" Non-Live Valve internal bypass shocks on Ford Raptor pickup trucks. These are premium rebuild kits with VITON O-Rings and all High Temp seals needed to rebuild one (1) shock. We offer these seals kits with an option to include a direct replacement schrader valve. This schrader will directly replace the OEM fill system with a O-Ring Backed schrader valve for ease of filling and checking pressures. This seal kit will NOT rebuild the newer live valve style shocks, but only the Gen 2 3.0 IBP Non-Live Valve shocks. The seal kits kits include the IFP and Piston wear-bands, and fit both Front or Rear shocks.
For the seal kits with a schrafer valve it is a stainless steel replacement schrader valve, from Schmidty Racing, for the FOX , Ford Raptor Gen 2 & Gen 3 & Live Valve, & non-Live Valve shocks, and replaces the factory Torx-head screw and o-ring that requires an expensive specialty tool for recharging the shocks with nitrogen after servicing them and are not "user-friendly". This schrader valve threads directly into the port with Zero shock mods, and allows you to use a standard no-loss chuck to check and recharge. These are made by us, and are not to be confused with the other company that copied our design but actually made them very weak at the stem where they have issues with them snapping at the base.
