Nitrogen Hydraulic Accumulator / Strut Fill Tool

Nitrogen hydraulic accumulator or strut fill / charging kit from Schmidty Racing Suspensions for charging nitrogen chambers up to 3000 PSI. These kits utilizes a small bore schrader valve (same thread as a tire stem) and are designed to charge hydraulic accumulators on suspension seats, implement heads, excavation equipment booms, loaders, aircraft struts, or any nitrogen chamber on any other hydraulic system needing high pressure charging.

Features:

Supply-Side Gauge: 0-5000 PSI; 2.5" face with stainless steel body (Glycerin)

Delivery-Side Gauge: 0-3000 PSI; 2.5" face with stainless steel body (Glycerin)

Shut Off Valve: Rated 6000 PSI

Bleed Off Valve: Rated 5000 PSI; for releasing line / excess pressure after charging

Swivel Fittings: Any of the hose variations come with swivel fittings on each end and they are easily removed from the manifold for quick and easy storage or transport.

Supply Nipple: Tank supply nipple comes standard with CGA-580 brass nipple but are also available on a custom basis with a CGA-680 nipple. Contact us if need this tool with the CGA-680 tip.

No-Loss Chuck: The kit comes with a "small-bore", no loss chuck which is 100% stainless steel and is mounted to a swivel fitting that rotates 360 degrees. This allows precise and repeatable setting of nitrogen / air pressure for all nitrogen tanks, accumulators, and chambers with a schrader valve stem. The valve opens and closes under constant pressure using the small "T" handle.

To use this tool on large bore schrader valves, we sell that chuck seperately. Choose the Large Bore #4 JIC option.
