This shock rebuild bundle from Schmidty Racing Suspensions includes all the parts needed to rebuild all (4) shocks for the Gen 2 Ford Raptor Non-Live Valve Internal Bypass Shocks.
NOTE: The Front Shock Wearbands for the IFP (Soft Brown) will need to be Trimmed down to size. Use the OEM Wearbands to lay on top of the supplied wearbands as a template for the Trimming. The supplied wearbands will not fit on the front shocks without being Trimmed.

  • (2) Viton Front W/WB & Schrader
  • (2) Viton Rear W/WB & Schrader
  • (1) Gallon of 7.5wt Lucas Synthetic Shock Oil
  • (1) 1/2 Gallon of 7.5wt Lucas Synthetic Shock Oil
  • (1) Shaft Seal Bullet (Fox Shock 7/8" x .498" shank Ford Raptor)
  • (1) Pin Spanner Wrench 1/4" Pin
  • (1) Pin Spanner Wrench 3/16" Pin

    Optional:
  • (1) Uniweld 400 PSI Nitrogen Regulator Shock Fill Kit: 8ft. rubber hose, 400 PSI glycerin filled secondary gauge, bleed off valve, and whip (link)
